Role Summary

As the General Manager of our Houston branch, you'll oversee daily operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction across multiple service lines — HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

This isn't a corporate desk job. It's a hands-on leadership role where you'll set the tone, drive results, and help grow the branch into a top-performing division of Team Enoch.

You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, manage your team, and execute local strategies — while collaborating with our DFW leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing local team
  • Manage daily operations and ensure quality service delivery across all trades
  • Drive branch growth through efficient scheduling, sales performance, and team productivity
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to expand brand awareness in the Houston market
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure profitability goals are met
  • Oversee customer experience and ensure service excellence
  • Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Coordinate with DFW headquarters to align strategy, reporting, and company initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in 
    operations or general management
     within the 
    home services
     industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • High degree of self-discipline and ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites as needed
