As a Blackjack Dealer, you will play a crucial role in providing an engaging and enjoyable gaming experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing the game of blackjack, ensuring that all rules are followed while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere. Your ability to interact with players and handle various situations with poise will be essential to your success in this role.

Duties

  • Deal cards and manage the flow of the game according to established rules and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized gaming table, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with players, answering questions, and resolving any conflicts that may arise during gameplay.
  • Promote a positive gaming environment by encouraging responsible gambling practices among guests.

Skills

  • Strong conflict management skills to effectively address and resolve disputes between players.
  • Proficient in basic math skills for quick calculations related to bets, payouts, and card values.
  • Excellent customer service abilities to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests at the table.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly convey game rules and engage with players effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
