Location: Portland, OR | Type: Full-Time | Shift: Monday – Friday 7AM – 3:30PM (occasional additional time as needed to support the team and business)

We're looking for a Materials Handler II to join our Logistics team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. This role is essential to ensuring the right materials get to the right place at the right time so our team can continue making the world's most trusted multi-tools.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, organize, and process shipments of raw materials, components, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MRP system).
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to safely move materials.
  • Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and help improve material accuracy.
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with vendors and production teams.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process and material flow enhancements.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in materials handling, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely operate material-handling equipment (training provided).
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative environment.
