There is an exciting opportunity within Global Finance Services Organization – Global Machine Pricing (GMP) Business Unit. As a Merchandising Claims Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with North America dealers, serve as a trusted business advisor to industry teams, and assist our GMP Merchandising Team in supporting merchandising claims for machine sales.

What You Will Do

• Review dealer merchandising claims to verify program requirements, business rules and applicable policies are met.
• Assist with dealer and internal audits to ensure processes are working as intended and in control.
• Work with claims analysts in other regions to drive consistency across claiming processes.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Serve on projects that drive our GMP strategy including auto claiming, program simplification and system improvement opportunities.

What You Will Have

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
• Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience with Power BI, direct experience with Caterpillar dealers, understanding or pricing strategies, project management

Summary Pay Range
$79, $119,760.00
