We are searching for an Internet manager. Whether you have 10+ years of experience, or only 2-3 years, we will make sure that you are set up for success.

What you will do:

  • Monitor and assist BDC agents with online sales inquiries.
  • Manage lead processes.
  • Manage scheduling and bonuses for team.
  • Confirm and reschedule appointments.
  • Coaching new BDC hires and sales representatives to improve customer experience.
  • Ability to create sales quotes & check credit history
  • Your overall goal is to provide high level service to consumers shopping online while increasing the percent of consumers visiting the dealership after their online inquiry

Pay: $65, $95,000.00 per year
