We're hiring an experienced pool technician who wants more than a job — someone who takes pride in their craft, thinks years ahead, and values a company that rewards ownership and integrity.

Start between 7–8 a.m., Monday–Friday, running organized routes (8–10 pools/day). You'll earn $15 per pool (more with experience or valid CPO) and $90/day during training. Specialty work pays extra: $40–$95 (one-time jobs), $120–$280 (green-to-cleans), and $150–$250 (drain-and-cleans). Same-day add-ons earn +$20 when needed.

This W2 position includes a fuel card, quarterly vehicle stipend, paid sick leave (after 90 days), health reimbursement, and Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks off.

We provide CPO certification up front, paid annual training, and clear performance-based advancement.

Pay & Position Details

Pay Type: W2 Employee

Base Pay: $15 per pool (higher with experience or valid CPO)

Training Pay: $90/day during 2–3 weeks of ride-along training

Extras:

  • Drain-and-Clean: $100–$250 per person (2-man team)
  • Green-to-Clean: $120–$280 per completed project
  • One-Time Cleans / Filter Cleans / Repairs (if qualified): $40–$95 per job
  • Same-Day Add-On: +$20 per pool when the need arises

Target Hire Date: January 2026

Schedule

  • Start between 7:00–8:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and go home when the work's done
  • Regular maintenance routes limited to 8–10 pools per day to protect quality and prevent burnout
  • We never require Saturday work unless regular weekday work wasn't completed — a rare occurrence
  • Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks off
