We're hiring dependable, teachable individuals who want to grow into skilled pool technicians and build a real career, not just get a job.

You'll start with 1–1.5 months of paid training ($90/day), working alongside our lead tech to master our standards before managing your own route. Once trained, you'll earn $15 per pool (higher with experience or CPO), plus bonuses: $40–$95 for one-time jobs, $120–$280 for green-to-cleans, and $150–$250 for drain-and-cleans.

You'll work Monday–Friday, starting around 7–8 a.m., servicing 8–10 pools per day. We never require Saturday work unless catching up from the week.

This W2 position includes a fuel card, quarterly vehicle stipend, health reimbursement, 3 paid sick days (after 90 days), and Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks off.

Pay & Position Details

Pay Type: W2 Employee

Training Pay: $90/day during 1–1.5 months of ride-along training before starting your own route

Base Pay: $15 per pool (starting; higher with experience or valid CPO)

Extras:

  • Drain-and-Clean: $150–$250 per person (2-man team)
  • Green-to-Clean: $120–$280 per completed project
  • One-Time Cleans / Filter Cleans / Repairs (if qualified): $40–$95 per job
  • Same-Day Add-On: +$20 per extra pool when the need arises

Target Hire Date: January 2026

Schedule

  • Start between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m., Monday–Friday, and go home when the work's done
  • Regular maintenance routes limited to 8–10 pools per day to protect quality and prevent burnout
  • We never require Saturday work unless weekday work wasn't completed — a rare event
  • Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks off
