We are seeking a highly energetic, detail-oriented Tablet Press Formulation Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the formulation and production of high-quality tablets, ensuring strict adherence to established formulations and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and verifying tablet formulations according to detailed recipes and protocols
• Follow formulation instructions precisely to ensure consistency and quality of products
• Operate tablet pressing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of formulation processes, batch details, and equipment parameters
• Conduct quality checks and inspections during and after production
• Support in troubleshooting formulation or equipment-related issues
• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly manufacturing targets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or experience in pharmaceutical or confectionery manufacturing is a plus
• Proven attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures accurately
• Energetic, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Prior experience with tablet pressing or formulation work is preferred but not mandatory
