Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our Pain Management practice. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human capital management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the company's HR department.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Hire strong candidates who will positively impact our company, and coordinate the training they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires have a positive experience.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and process benefit enrollments.
  • Ensure that all employees feel safe and cared for at our company by addressing complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Help manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee concerns and help foster positive relationships.
  • Contribute to affirmative action planning initiatives and ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions for staff on various HR topics as needed.

Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with interviewing techniques and employee relations strategies.
  • Familiarity with affirmative action planning processes.
  • Ability to utilize software such as ADP for payroll processing and HR functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism.
  • Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
