Job Description

Total Wireless, a leading prepaid brand under Verizon, is rapidly expanding its retail footprint. As of early Q4, we have achieved 34% of our annual growth target—and we are accelerating. This creates an exceptional opportunity for driven professionals to play a key role in expanding our distribution network.

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager is to drive distribution growth by increasing the number of Total Wireless retail stores under our organization. This includes identifying potential entrepreneurs, presenting the Total Wireless retail opportunity, and supporting them through the process of launching new locations.

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to clearly communicate the value of the Total Wireless retail model, including:

  • Understanding the P&L of a Total Wireless Store: compensation structure, expense model, store build-out costs, and operational processes.
  • Knowledge of the wireless industry, specifically prepaid vs. postpaid, and familiarity with competitors such as Metro, Cricket, and Boost—their business models, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Ability to articulate why Total Wireless presents a compelling and profitable business opportunity for new store owners.

The secondary responsibility of this role is to conduct field store visits, with a minimum of two visits per store per month, to ensure excellent operational standards across all assigned locations.

Preferred Experience (Valuable but Not Required)

  • Experience in the wireless retail industry.
  • Prior sales or business development experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
