Dallas, Texas, United States Tom Ferry Full time

Who We Are:

TomFerry is the #1 coaching company in real estate, dedicated to raising industry standards by driving success for its members, employees, and partners. Our people are the cornerstone of our success, and we're continually seeking passionate, driven individuals to join our team. If you're ready to make an impact and grow with a company that values collaboration, service, and a commitment to excellence, we'd love to have you on board

About the Role:

We're seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media strategy across major platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. This role plays a vital part in shaping the public voice of both the TomFerry brand and Tom Ferry's personal channels. The ideal candidate is a content creator at heart, who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves staying ahead of trends, and understands the power of storytelling, community, and real-time engagement.

This is not a "just throw up a post and call it a day" kind of role. You'll be a creator, strategist, trend chaser, and culture contributor. You'll craft the social content strategy for both the Ferry International brand and Tom Ferry's personal channels (he's kind of a big deal). And yep — you'll travel with the team to major live events to capture, post, and vibe in real time.

If you're the person whose camera roll is full of "just in case we need it" clips, who knew about the TikTok trend before your friends even opened the app, and who treats analytics dashboards like a game of "how high can we go?" — this might be your dream job.

What You'll Do:

Social Strategy & Content Creation:

  • Own and evolve the organic social strategy for brand and personal channels across key platforms
  • Plan, write, schedule, and publish compelling content that drives engagement and brand presence
  • Monitor trends and experiment with new content formats to keep us ahead of the curve

Live Event Content & Real-Time Engagement:

  • Attend major live events (3–4 times per year) to capture and post lo-fi content on the fly
  • Represent the voice of the brand during live experiences with agility and authenticity
  • Engage with our online community via comments, DMs, and mentions to build meaningful connections

Creative Collaboration & Campaign Execution:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with video, design, and growth teams to bring content ideas to life
  • Support promotion of events, webinars, product launches, and community campaigns
  • Contribute to influencer/ambassador initiatives through outreach and content support

Performance Tracking & Platform Insights:

  • Monitor platform performance and optimize content based on analytics and audience insights
  • Report key metrics and recommend data-driven improvements to increase reach and effectiveness
  • Maintain best practices for timing, tone, and testing on each platform

Brand Voice & Innovation:

  • Act as a guardian of brand tone and voice across all social channels
  • Confidently contribute to creative ideation, storytelling, and voice development
  • Stay up to date on platform changes, new tools, and emerging cultural trends

Who You Are:

  • A creative, social-native storyteller with a passion for digital culture and community building
  • Experienced in managing social media for fast-paced brands, creators, or startups (3–5 years)
  • Strong writer with a keen sense of brand tone (bonus if you can write like Tom)
  • Quick, resourceful, and confident working independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable filming and editing vertical content on your phone—no film crew required
  • Analytical thinker who enjoys testing new content ideas and learning from the data
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Coachable, proactive, and confident working with executives and personal brand content

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing social for a brand, creator, or startup
  • Deep fluency with Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Strong copywriting skills and creative ideation abilities
  • Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Later
  • Strong analytical mindset with reporting proficiency
  • Willingness to travel 3–4 times per year for live events
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (but skills and experience take priority)
  • Bonus: Background in real estate, coaching, or working with creator-driven brands

Why Join Us?

At TomFerry, you'll enjoy a dynamic hybrid work environment, collaborating in the office Monday through Thursday and working remotely on Fridays. Our team thrives in a business-casual, upbeat atmosphere where high performance and innovation are celebrated.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
