1. Professional Drivers

2 Positions Available

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport clients to scheduled destinations.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and vehicle.
  • Assist with luggage handling and ensure smooth check-ins.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience with discretion and care.

Requirements:

  • Must own or lease a luxury vehicle (5 years old or newer).
  • Ability to obtain commercial insurance.
  • Pass a background check and complete training.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

2. Personal Assistants

2 Positions Available

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily schedules, reservations, and meal arrangements.
  • Provide morning and evening client check-ins.
  • Ensure all travel, lodging, and meeting details are prearranged.
  • Communicate closely with drivers for client ETA and special requests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in administrative or executive support preferred.

3. Prospect Representatives

3 Positions Available

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential corporate, entertainment, and private clients.
  • Present The Executive Route's services and build partnerships.
  • Represent our brand with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to grow with a new company.
