Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Job Description
NBCUniversal Advertising Platforms & Operations (AP&O) is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal's full advertising technology suite. From product management to program management to sales operations, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal's $10B+ annual advertising business. Together, we're building the platform that powers the future of advertising at NBCU.
The Platform Solutions team provides support and builds business solutions for Sales, Planning, Marketing, Research, Account Management, and Finance departments across a national and global ad sales landscape. The Business Analyst will support NBCUniversal's National Ad Sales team in the development and execution of all Ad Sales processes in Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management, the person in this role will:
- Work directly with our internal Stakeholders to move forward Salesforce and Ad Sales systems projects.
- Promote One Platform selling by supporting and enhancing the existing NBCU Ad Sales process to drive growth.
- Collaborate with National and Local Sales, Marketing, Research, Finance, and Business Operations to optimize Ad Sales processes, particularly for priority initiatives from leadership.
- Help work towards AP&O's north star of achieving data integrity by monitoring and maintaining data quality within Salesforce; obtain keen understanding of all integrated data sources.
- Create and deliver valuable content, tools, and resources through various channels to help our customers succeed.
- Have a keen eye for monitoring and emphasizing user adoption across tools, systems.
- Translate business needs into detailed product and process requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation of process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Enablement, COE, Planning) to implement process improvements.
- Ensure accuracy of Ad Sales data (i.e., accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities).
- Collaborate with COE to deliver training for new hires and product enhancement
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- 2+ years Product Management experience, or Salesforce Platform ownership experience.
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
- Strong background and working knowledge of Salesforce development best practices as well as backend functionality.
- Able to work with and as a team, cross-functionally while still able to focus on individual projects and tasks.
- Experience managing/owning the Salesforce Sales Cloud product.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and/or similar project management tools.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker that can generate innovative Sales concepts and work with a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution of those plans.
- Proven track record in communication excellence within a fast-paced environment with both external (i.e., customers, partners, and agencies) and internal teams
- Experience planning, launching, and measuring long-term Salesforce initiatives as a key project lead.
- Experience reporting results and presenting data in a way that makes sense to executives and practitioners.

- Experience with third-party vendors a plus , LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
