Overview

Fibro is a global leader in the production of precision standard parts for the Tool and Die Stamping industry. Fibro is seeking to hire an experienced, driven, and energetic Sales Account Manager with a strong record of leading successful business development strategies within the same or similar industries.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Sales Account Manager, you will independently manage and maintain relationships with established customers while actively developing new customers and markets. This will contribute to achieving the company's sales, growth, and profit objectives. The ideal candidate will be focused on meeting these targets through strategic customer management and market expansion initiatives.

Main Tasks

  • Generate Leads through various channels, including customer databases, cold calls, online research, referrals, and personal site visits.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process for both new and existing customers.
  • Oversee and maintain relationships with a distributor network.
  • Participate in organizing and staffing the company displays at industry trade shows.
  • Travel 50% to 75% of the time to meet sales and growth objectives.
  • Independently plan and organize travel itineraries to maximize efficiency.

Your Work Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in technically related discipline.
  • 10+ years working experience in business development and account management in the tool and die, stamping industry (or strictly related).
  • Experience within a highly competitive sector.
  • Ability to combine technical elements with business needs and requirements of clients.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
