Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control is seeking to hire and develop customer service oriented Outside Sales Representatives that can make a meaningful impact on the growth of the company. Barefoot is rapidly expanding throughout Texas. We are headquartered in Richardson, TX with satellite branches in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Marble Falls and Oklahoma City, OK.
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Mostly warm lead opportunities.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional strategies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong record of achieving targets
- Expertise in management, account management, and business development strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and pipeline management
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Structural Pest Control License/Applicator License
- Knowledge of Pest Control sales required
- Exceptional analysis skills for market research and strategic planning
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities
