At this time, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to work at our home office in Troy, MI. This position is full-time, in-person (remote work is not available at this time).

Requirements/Preferences

  • ksOrganize training for new employees & perform 30/60/90 employment check-i

  • esOversee preparation of performance evaluations and improve the current proce
  • ssResponsible for selecting company insurance plans and managing open enrollme
  • ntResponsible for enrolling employees in 401(k) upon eligibili
  • tyRoll out learning management system through Paycor, to connect our employees with continuing education and training at key milestones in their employme
