You'll find our products and components in a wide range of industries from marine and water treatment to recreational vehicles, agricultural equipment and even fire trucks and schools.

We're proud of our strong, steady growth and even prouder of the culture that's fueled it. Our team believes in doing great work, treating people with respect and supporting one another. Core values really matter here – integrity, being humble, teamwork, collaboration and a strong work ethic are at the heart of everything we do. As we prepare to double in size over the next 18 months, we're looking for a strategic, hands-on HR Leader to help guide our people and processes through this exciting next chapter.

You'll shape and lead our HR strategy, support plan-level HR teams, and help us continue building a company where people love to work. • Champion employee engagement, recognition, and development programs that make our people feel valued and supported.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations across multiple states. Our current HR team in various states will support and help with this.
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning, talent development and succession planning.
  • Oversee recruitment and retention efforts, helping us attract and keep great people.
  • Handle employee relations with fairness, consistency and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen our culture and reinforce our core values at every level.
  • Spearhead a revitalization of a comprehensive benefit package and 401K match program.
  • Willingness to travel on occasion to visit our various plants and help develop HR strategies and camaraderie with the team.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (Master's or Human Resource certification a plus).
  • 10 years of Human Resources experience with at least 5 in a leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proven experience managing HR teams across multiple sites and states.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • A mix of strategic thinking and practical, hands-on leadership.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills – you're approachable, confident and collaborative.
  • Experience building or scaling HR functions in a growing company is a big plus.

Why You'll Love it Here:

You'll join a leadership team that truly values collaboration and transparency. We're a company on the move, and this role offers the chance to shape our people strategy and have a lasting impact. You'll be surrounded by humble, hard-working teammates who care about doing things the right way and supporting each other along the way.
