Sales Performance Manager

About the Position
We are seeking a well-rounded leader, hands on Sales Performance Manager who knows how to move metal, develop people, and drive a winning culture.
This is not a desk only, number-only position.
We want a leader who can:
Jump into a deal when needed
Coach teammates toward consistent growth
Drive daily activity and accountability
Continue building a social-media-friendly sales culture
Partner with F&I to maximize profitability and CSI
Help scale a store that's already on the rise
What You'll Do
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals
Maintain and grow used vehicle performance (inventory, pricing, merchandising)
Conduct daily coaching, 1-on-1s, and activity reviews
Manage the sales process from lead to delivery
Assist with F&I when needed (F&I experience preferred, not required)
Cultivate a high-energy, social-media-active culture to drive traffic
Ensure compliance, process discipline, and excellence across the showroom
What You Bring
Proven success in automotive sales management
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to set clear expectations and hold teams accountable
Social media proficiency (you don't need to be an influencer, but you need to influence your team to be consistent)
Solid understanding of deal structure, appraising trades, and desking deals
F&I knowledge or willingness to learn and support the department. (F&I management experience is preferred, not a must)
