Business & Supply Chain Analyst

Overview:

The Business & Supply Chain Analyst supports Logistics, Procurement Operations, and Strategic Sourcing teams by providing data analysis, reporting, and process improvement support. This role works cross-functionally to analyze supply chain data, develop insights, and support initiatives that improve sourcing, procurement, and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support for supply chain, procurement, and sourcing projects
  • Gather, clean, reconcile, and analyze large data sets from multiple systems
  • Develop KPI reports and dashboards to track performance and spending trends
  • Prepare clear, action-oriented presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation planning
  • Conduct cost-benefit, spend, and "what-if" analyses
  • Support sourcing activities, including eSourcing events when needed
  • Assist with procurement and sourcing system improvements and data governance
  • Partner with Finance and category leads to track and validate savings

Scope & Impact:

  • Supports North American operations with global collaboration
  • Works with stakeholders across departments and levels
  • Contributes to decisions that improve supply chain efficiency and cost performance

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 2 3 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain, procurement, or finance
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism

Preferred

  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau
  • SQL, Access, or similar data-query tools
  • Experience with Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar systems
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or CPSM certification
  • Master's degree (preferred, not required)

Compensation & Benefits through CGC:

  • $40.00/hour, paid weekly on Fridays.
