Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Senior Client Service Representative to support our Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors. This role is responsible for preparing retirement plans, running investment analytics, calculating required minimum distributions (RMDs), and assisting with financial planning deliverables for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate is client-focused, organized, tech-savvy, familiar with commonly used wealth management software and skilled at building trust and delivering professional, high-touch service experience. Responsibilities

  • Prepare retirement projections using eMoney.
  • Run investment comparison/risk management software (Nitrogen).
  • Calculate annual Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) for applicable clients.
  • Assist Relationship Managers in preparing client meeting materials, including performance reports and planning summaries.
  • Support in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Maintain accurate data within CRM (WealthBox) and other systems.
  • Coordinate with Advisors and Relationship Managers on action items and follow‑ups.
  • Support Advisors and Relationship Managers in managing client expectations and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage post-meeting follow-up, track action items, and ensure all commitments are completed promptly.
  • Assist with tax‑related planning tasks such as capital gain estimates and year‑end summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with firm procedures and service standards.
  • Data clean up and ensure integrations between systems are flowing correctly.
  • Proactively identify issues and communicate to Advisors and Relationship Manager.
  • One-off projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, client service, or RIA operations.
  • Familiarity with planning software (e.g., eMoney), investment tools, and portfolio reporting systems (Orion).
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Advisors and Relationship Managers.
  • Experience working with major custodians (Schwab and Fidelity).
  • Client-first mindset with a high degree of professionalism.
