Responsibilities

    • Take incoming telephone calls from customers.
  • Make outbound calls to customers, providing updates and answering questions.
  • Respond appropriately to customer objections and questions.
  • Deliver accurate descriptions of products and/or services to customers.
  • Navigate computer systems to properly assist the customer and locate customer data or other electronic information.
  • Record each call by accurately documenting statuses and comments in the CRM.
  • Resolve problems for clients.
  • Work closely with other departments to request and provide assistance as necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of service with customers and meet performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail is a must.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Communicate both verbally and in written format at a high level.
  • Exhibits a passion and commitment to great customer service by consistently. delivering excellent service to every customer.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite of applications, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Able to multi-task and focus on several responsibilities at once.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with little direct supervision .
  • A strong sense of accountability and executing assignments at the highest level.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.

Preferred

  • 2+ years in a call center, retail, or other customer-facing role.
  • Experience in FDCPA guidelines.
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook.
  • BILINGUAL SPEAKERS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
