Responsibilities

  • Use strong communication to understand client needs and relay important information to supervisors.

  • Create a safe, comfortable and accessible living space that promotes independence and well-being.

  • Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues, transportation and ambulation.

  • Remind clients to take the correct dose at the correct time as prescribed. We do not administer medication.

  • Ensure personal care (hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal prep, grooming, etc.) reflects each client's plan of care and personal preferences.
