JOB SUMMARYHome Matters Caregiving is looking for experienced caregivers with a passion for client care and relationship building. Our caregiver-first philosophy will change the way you think about your career in home care.
Our caregivers are expected to provide the highest level of service to our clients — from light housework and meal preparation to assisting with hygiene and providing companionship.
QUALIFICATIONS- Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
- Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties
- Must have at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience with the senior population
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in condition to the appropriate staff
- 1 or more years of formal caregiving experience in senior care
- Reliable transportation
- Familiarity with basic first aid procedures
- Valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements
- Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers
- Able to talk, hear, and see clearly
- Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $14–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Weekly Pay (Daily pay option available)
- Holiday pay at time and a half
