H
uman Resources Director
to design, optimize, and scale HR operations nationwide.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and field operations teams
  • Lead and mentor the Field HR and People Support teams
  • Build scalable, compliant, and employee-centric HR processes
  • Oversee full employee lifecycle — onboarding through offboarding
  • Manage HRIS optimization, reporting, and KPI development
  • Drive organizational design and change initiatives aligned with business strategy
  • Partner with internal Legal/Employment Law teams on compliance and policy updates
  • Lead culture initiatives and engagement programs that enhance retention

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state or field workforce
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable HR systems
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance frameworks
  • Skilled in data-driven HR decision-making and KPI analysis
  • Hands-on experience leading high-performing HR teams
  • Bachelor's degree required; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
