Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food service and hospitality management.
  • Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Manage inventory control and food preparation processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
