Join Our Team We're a small but fast-paced independent insurance agency looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and client-focused Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. What You'll Do

· Manage a book of commercial P&C insurance accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—handling renewals, endorsements, certificates, and daily service requests.

· Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and expert advice.

· Work closely with producers and carriers to deliver competitive and comprehensive insurance solutions.

· Answers telephone calls from clients and inquiries about endorsement requests, cancellations, remarkets/rewrites, claims, and other service inquiries.

· Utilizes sales and customer service skills to listen effectively, build rapport, develop needs, provide solutions, and improve client policy retention.

· Stay current on industry trends, carrier appetite, and product knowledge.

· Support the team in continuous improvement efforts and agency initiatives.

What We're Looking For

· 3-5 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing commercial accounts

· Active Property & Casualty insurance license.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in agency management systems (Applied Epic a plus).

· Ability to multitask in a Fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· A collaborative spirit with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

· Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
