Job Responsibilities - What you will do:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing companies.
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and tailor solutions that leverage our MES software and services.
- Manage Sales Cycle: Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our MES solutions and their applications in various manufacturing environments.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (pre-sales, product development, etc.) to ensure successful customer onboarding and implementation.
- Physical Demands: Occasionally stand and move on the production floor, bend frequently, and lift/move items up to 20-50 lbs, following all safety procedures.
Qualifications – What you will bring:
- Proven Success: 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong understanding of manufacturing environments, terminology, and KPIs. Experience with MES software is highly desirable.
- Technical Acumen: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.
- Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
- Solution-Oriented: A consultative approach to selling, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green card holder

Disclaimer: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually plus commission.
