About Us:

TGA sports offers youth tennis programs that go beyond the sport—we help kids grow on and off the court. We're looking for experienced, reliable, and upbeat tennis coaches who enjoy working with children and are passionate about making a difference through sport.

Job Summary:

As a Youth Sports Coach, you will lead group classes for children ages 3.5 to 14. We're seeking individuals who can create a fun, safe, and positive learning environment while delivering quality instruction and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Instruct cllasses in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way
  • Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants
  • Take attendance and manage equipment inventory
  • Communicate with school staff and TGA director as needed
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to students

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sports coaching or teaching experience (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must enjoy working with children

Availability Requirements:

  • Must be available at least 2 weekdays between 3:30 PM –5:300 PM
