Description
As a Senior Supply Chain Manager for External Fulfillment, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing Amazon's Simplified Forward Fulfillment (SFF) program, a high-visibility initiative that reduces cost to serve while delivering exceptional customer experiences. ASIN Selection & Inventory Strategy: Own the evolution of SFF's selection methodology , utilizing advanced optimization models that balance space efficiency, demand stability, and profitability across multiple supply streams - while adapting to selection decisions Amazon-wide.
Operational Excellence & Scaling: Drive continuous improvement initiatives that push site throughput while reducing variable cost per unit, through strategic partnership with Operations.
Advanced Analytics & Forecasting: Evaluate and improve existing forecasting models for volume planning, capacity management, and financial projections, ensuring accurate weekly/daily demand predictions that support labor planning and inventory optimization
Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, retail partners, and internal stakeholders to negotiate optimal inbound strategies, manage vendor compliance, and drive adoption of new fulfillment methodologies
