Your Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the estate planning and probate practice while supervising the legal support team.
  • Provide strategic estate and tax planning guidance to affluent clients.
  • Draft and review advanced estate planning instruments and documents.
  • Manage complex probate and trust administration cases.
  • Advise fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business owners on legacy and wealth transfer strategies.
  • Strengthen long-standing client relationships with discretion and exceptional service.
  • Contribute to firm growth through mentorship, leadership, and community involvement.
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in estate planning and probate, ideally with HNW clientele
  • Deep knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
  • Florida Bar admission in good standing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
