Summary:

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Web Administrator to own the development, maintenance, and optimization of our corporate website. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Technologies & Operations, this role will serve as the primary steward of our Drupal-based web platform. The Web Administrator will manage site architecture, integrations, technical enhancements, and analytics while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies on major initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on Drupal development expertise with strong troubleshooting skills, a knack for cross-system integrations, and the ability to manage external vendor relationships while keeping the website aligned with marketing and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Website Ownership & Administration
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Drupal CMS, including governance, permissions, updates, and architecture.
  • Ensure scalability, usability, security, and performance across the website.
  • Development & Technical Troubleshooting
  • Implement and troubleshoot custom code, modules, and integrations within Drupal.
  • Partner with IT on hosting, SSL, and security patching.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG/Section 508) and SEO best practices.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics.
  • Integrations & Systems
  • Manage integrations between the website and external systems, including Eloqua (marketing automation), Salesforce (CRM), and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and product marketing teams to implement forms, lead capture, and campaign tracking.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Produce regular reports on website traffic, conversion rates, SEO performance, and user behavior.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to optimize UX, content, and lead generation.
  • Agency & Vendor Management
  • Partner with external development agencies for redesigns, upgrades, and complex projects
  • Serve as technical point of contact for scoping, reveiwing, and approving deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Marketing, design, and communications teams to translate business needs into functional web experiences.
  • Coordinate with the Graphic Designer for page layouts and digital asset integration.
  • Suport campaign execution through landing pages, event microsites, and digital enhancements

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a web functional discipline.

    (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience administering Drupal-based websites, including development and custom module management.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, with the ability to resolve technical issues.
  • Proven experience with web integrations to Eloqua, Salesforce, and other marketing/CRM systems.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics; ability to deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional and vendor-driven initiatives and management.
  • Knowledge of accessibility, SEO, and web security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
  • Pay Range: $96, $120,470.00 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
