General Manager
to lead our Huntington Beach office—someone who is passionate about hands-on leadership, understands the local market, and is committed to growing a single office through strong relationships, operational excellence, and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Provide hands-on leadership and accountability to a dedicated team of office staff and caregivers serving Huntington Beach and nearby communities
- Build a positive, accountable workplace culture grounded in compassion, professionalism, and performance
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-quality caregivers and office team members in a competitive local labor market
Business Growth & Community Relationships
- Drive sustainable revenue and client growth through strong relationships with local referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Strengthen Comfort Keepers' presence and reputation within Huntington Beach and surrounding communities
- Actively participate in local networking, outreach, and community events to support organic growth
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure consistent, high-quality care and exceptional client experiences
- Ensure compliance with California regulations and Comfort Keepers standards
- Continuously improve scheduling, staffing, and service delivery processes to support efficiency and growth
- Manage vender relationships with a focus on expense control, value optimization, and financial accountability.
Financial Performance
- Manage the office P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics to drive profitability and sustainability
- Implement strategies to improve margins, productivity, and overall financial health
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in
management, healthcare, or a local service-based business - Experience managing day-to-day operations for a
single location or office with proven growth - Strong financial acumen with hands-on responsibility for budgets and performance
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Genuine passion for serving seniors and supporting families in the local community
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience
