Who We're Looking For:

We're on the hunt for a General Manager who embodies true hospitality, brings a high-energy approach, and thrives in a fun, community-focused environment. You'll inspire our team to create genuine moments of happiness for every guest and keep the positive energy flowing that our regulars love. We need someone who can "curate the vibe" in our restaurant, creating memorable moments and building a loyal customer base through exceptional service.

You'll be a seasoned leader who understands both people and financials, a go-getter who isn't afraid to step outside the walls of the restaurant to drive business through local community engagement. Your approach to leadership will be rooted in the knowledge that when you take care of your team, they'll take care of our guests. A passion for craft beer is a plus – you'll help carry forward the beer culture we've built over the years. This role is all-encompassing, responsible for overseeing both Front and Back of House operations.

Is This You?

  • You have 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or are a top-performing Assistant GM ready for the next step
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry as a server, bartender, host, or expo
  • You're a community builder, the "mayor" of your restaurant, building relationships and making guests want to return again and again
  • You're a positive, accountable leader with a proven track record of inspiring and guiding a team
  • You know the numbers – skilled in financials, you drive revenue and manage costs to achieve optimal financial results
