Carrollton, Texas
. We work with manufacturers, refurbishers, enterprises, and institutions to solve complex end-of-life, recycling, and compliance challenges.

We're hiring a
Business Development Assistant
to support outbound outreach, relationship development, and deal execution. This is a
hands-on, in-person role
designed for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to how business is actually built—not just talked about.

What You'll Do

  • Support outbound business development efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls, follow-ups)
  • Research and identify potential customers in industries like ITAD, electronics manufacturing, refurbishing, and logistics.
  • Help manage and maintain CRM records, pipelines, and contact lists
  • Assist with preparing outreach messages, presentations, and proposals
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with prospects and partners
  • Track activity, responses, and outcomes so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Work closely with leadership to understand deals from first contact to execution

This is not a "sit back and wait for leads" role. You will be involved in the
daily mechanics of growth
.

Compensation & Details

  • Pay:
    $40,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Location:
    In-person, Carrollton, TX
  • Travel:
    Up to 25% (site visits, meetings, partner visits)
  • Schedule:
    Full-time
