Digital Advertising and SEO Specialist

Perfect Paver Co. is a family-owned, paver restoration company servicing Ohio, Indiana, Florida and Georgia. We help our clients create the best memories outside by giving them a space they are proud of. What started in 2016 as a 6 person operation in a single city, has grown into a 60 person crew servicing over 100 cities across 4 states. We're looking to add a Digital Advertising and SEO Specialist to our team who can lead the way in leveraging AI-driven tools and digital strategy to take our online presence to the next level.

Position Summary

This is a full-time, high-impact marketing role focused on driving growth through data-driven advertising, SEO optimization, and marketing automation. You'll manage our campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms, while helping to build a future-focused marketing infrastructure that uses AI and automation to scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword targeting, ad copy, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize lead generation.
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and content optimization to improve organic rankings and traffic quality.
  • Create high-performing ad copy, landing pages, and A/B tests to increase conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Looker Studio to identify trends and improve ROI.
  • Manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to expand brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Implement and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage visitors and improve conversion efficiency.
  • Collaborate with company leadership on monthly and quarterly marketing goals and budgets.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay informed on Google algorithm changes, digital ad updates, and SEO best practices.
  • Build a marketing infrastructure powered by AI and automation, integrating Google AI tools, Performance Max campaigns, and predictive analytics into company marketing systems.
  • Research and test new AI-driven advertising solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Meta Advantage+, Google Gemini, or HubSpot AI) to increase performance and reduce manual workloads.
  • Develop and maintain an AI marketing roadmap, outlining how automation, analytics, and machine learning will evolve Perfect Paver Co.'s marketing over time.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build AI-enhanced workflows for campaign creation, reporting, and audience targeting.
  • Support content strategy andSEO by ensuring all materials are optimized for visibility, conversion, and brand voice.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, or SEO management.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable results (lower CPL, higher CTR, better ROAS).
  • Familiarity with Performance Max, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and data attribution.

Preferred:

  • Experience with AI marketing tools
  • Basic familiarity with web design or WordPress CMS.
  • Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, Monday through Friday.

Occasional in-person meetings may be required for collaboration and strategic planning (Dayton, Columbus or Cincinnati area preferred, but not required).
