Position Overview:
As an Office Assistant, you'll support the daily operations of our office — ensuring smooth communication between clients, caregivers, and management while maintaining the compassionate culture Synergy HomeCare is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Maintain accurate client, caregiver, and office records
- Support scheduling, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Assist with meeting company goals and service standards
- Promote teamwork and uphold the values of SYNERGY HomeCare
Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
