This Hands-On Management Trainee position is perfect for someone who's ambitious, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow into a leadership or general management role within 1–3 years. Whether you're a recent college graduate or early in your career, this opportunity offers a structured path to build both technical and leadership experience in a high-demand industry.

What You'll Do

During your first 6–12 months, you'll train as a field technician, learning the craft of preservation and restoration:

  • Prepare and apply epoxy coatings, sealants, and resin-based materials to surfaces.
  • Ensure precise finishes, smooth surfaces, and top-quality results on every project.
  • Safely operate tools such as multi-tools, sanders, and putty knives.
  • Follow project plans, timelines, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with your crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site from start to finish.

As you master the craft, you'll begin leading small teams, coordinating projects, and developing leadership skills that prepare you for Crew Lead, Supervisor, and General Manager roles.

Qualifications

  • No prior epoxy experience required — we provide full training.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools and working in various environments.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Interested in developing leadership and business management skills.

Career Growth Path

We're committed to promoting from within. Many team members advance from technician to Crew Lead or Project Manager within 1–3 years, with continued growth toward General Manager roles based on performance, initiative, and company needs.
