Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Associate: 2+ years of Production Engineering experience with experience in the above & below job duties.
- Mid-Level: 5+ years of Production Engineering experience with experience in the above & below job duties.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Active Secret Clearance
- 1+ years' experience in Modification Repair Overhaul (MRO)
More Duties and Responsibilities (Associate)
- Assists in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
- Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the integration of technical solutions.
- Works with others to develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build.
- Assists in implementing manufacturing plans. Resolves technical problems and assists in the implementation of new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
- Assists in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies. Interfaces with professional associations, suppliers, IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience.
More Duties and Responsibilities (Mid-Level)
- Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build.
- Leads and implements manufacturing plans. Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
- Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
- Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
- Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
- Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
- Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems. Implements lean principles and technologies.

Summary pay range: $80,100 - $116,000
