  • Travel occasionally to Los Angeles for training and local team support.
Maintain pedagogical excellence and the Coucou culture

  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Coucou's teaching method and materials.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and inspiring environment within the teaching team.
Your ProfileRequired:

  • Empathetic and supportive, with natural authority and strong communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable, able to balance daily operations with long-term vision.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience in teacher training, academic management, or educational program design.
  • Familiarity with the Coucou method or similar communicative and cultural approaches.
  • Experience mentoring, supervising, or coordinating a teaching team, ideally in a multicultural environment.
What we offer
  • A meaningful role within a passionate and creative team.
  • A friendly, collaborative, and human work environment where your ideas truly matter.
  • Annual performance-based bonus.
  • 25 paid vacation days.
  • Personal days.
  • Paid sick leave.
  • Transportation reimbursement.
  • Free classes for a person of your choice.
  • On-site position based in Soho, New York, with occasional trips to Los Angeles.
Recruitment Process

We'll reach out to selected candidates for an initial informal Zoom conversation, followed by a potential interview.

We're looking for someone who truly connects with the Coucou spirit and can make this role their own.

We'll be taking applications through January or until we find the right person. We encourage you to apply if this role resonates with you, even if you don't check every single box.
