Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Platform Architect to design, evolve, and lead the architecture of next-generation data platforms across the organization. This role requires deep experience in data infrastructure, cloud architectures, data modeling, integration patterns, and enterprise-scale data systems. You will work closely with engineering teams, cross-functional business groups, and leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and oversee enterprise data platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and API integration frameworks.
  • Define data architecture standards, governance practices, and system interoperability approaches.
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to identify data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement tools, frameworks, and best practices to ensure platform performance and reliability.
  • Lead platform modernization efforts and contribute to long-term data strategy planning.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience architecting enterprise data systems (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar platforms).
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Skilled in ETL/ELT solutions, data modeling, and data governance methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.)
  • Background in security frameworks and compliance standards
  • Prior experience in a large enterprise environment
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $155,000 to $165,000 annually
  • Annual Bonus: Typically 10%–20% of base salary (performance-based)
