Position Summary:
Under moderate supervision manages all aspects of a wide variety of information system projects; projects ranging in small to medium complexity, cost and scope. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for multiple phases of project management including the following, but not limited to: project planning, budgeting, timeline and task management, risk and issue management, resource management, communication, scope management, implementation, and project closure. The project manager works to ensure that System or departmental projects are delivered on time, budget and scope. The project manager is adept at communicating with a varying range of end-users, business and operational leaders, and project resources.
Requirements
- BS in information systems, computer science, engineering or relevant education and training
- 1-3 years
- Working towards PMP preferred
