What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute diverse menus that cater to various dietary needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and cook meals with precision, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations.
  • Assist in catering events, providing top-notch service and delicious meals for guests.
  • Utilize your knife skills and culinary techniques to enhance meal preparation efficiency.
  • Serve dishes with flair, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy their dining experience.
  • Contribute to inventory management by tracking food supplies and assisting with ordering as needed.
  • Provide support to dietary aides and other kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Experience

  • Proven experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is highly desirable.
  • Background in fine dining or restaurant settings, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong culinary experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is essential.
  • Excellent knife skills and an understanding of various cooking methods are preferred.
  • Previous catering or event service experience is a plus
  • A passion for the food industry and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences.
