Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth. Duties

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels across all platforms.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise the e-commerce team, providing leadership and guidance to enhance performance.
  • Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms and enhance product offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.

Experience

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field is essential.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret data effectively for decision-making purposes.
  • Negotiation skills to foster beneficial partnerships and vendor relationships.
  • Customer service experience that emphasizes the importance of client satisfaction.
