What we need

We are looking for an office assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily office operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hard-working, and professional with the ability to undertake a variety of office support tasks.

What you will do

  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately

  • Greet visitors and applicants

  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

  • Monitor office supplies, maintain inventory, and place orders as necessary

  • Organize and assist office staff in ways that optimize procedures

  • Coordinate pickup and delivery of express mail services

Skills you already have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of office equipment

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer knowledge

  • At least one year of office assistant experience
