This is a critical, hybrid role responsible for the successful execution and ongoing success of digital advertising campaigns for WEBTOON's top advertising clients. You will serve as the primary operational and client-facing lead post-sale, ensuring flawless campaign delivery, providing data-driven insights, and building strong relationships that drive renewal business. This role requires a unique blend of account management skills, technical Ad Operations expertise, and a drive for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship & Campaign Success
  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for top-tier brand partners and their agencies, managing communication and client expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Proactively monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to ensure client KPIs and internal benchmarks are met or exceeded.
  • Gather key learnings and provide thoughtful recommendations to clients for future campaigns and program expansion.
  • Draft necessary post-sale documentation, including Rules and Regulations, Influencer Agreements, and Insertion Orders (with Legal support).
  • Work collaboratively with the wider US Ad Sales team on pre-sale initiatives, including participating in brainstorming sessions that align strategic ideas with client goals.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Ad Operations
  • Support the tactical setup and management of campaigns, including ad trafficking for Display, Video, and Native Ad campaigns using our ad servers.
  • Facilitate essential troubleshooting of ad tags and discrepancies between support teams and partners to ensure campaigns launch and run smoothly.
  • Review all branded and advertising content (copy, influencer posts) to ensure quality, compliance with brand guidelines, and grammatical excellence.
  • Manage the content posting process and maintenance of brand profiles related to live campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all campaign commitments are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Support & Analysis
  • Leverage first-party data to analyze results and assist the broader organization with operational reporting and forecasting in collaboration with Business Operations and Finance.
  • Support the Sales Lead with data and analytics needed to manage team Sales reports.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline systems, operational efficiency, and workflows, providing valuable input on process changes and new tooling.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital advertising and branded entertainment trends to inform execution strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of demonstrated success in a sales, account management, or business development role, preferably selling digital media, programmatic, or advertising solutions.
  • A solid understanding of the advertising campaign lifecycle from proposal and creative development through to technical operation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed client success metrics and contribute to renewal business.
  • Experience with branded content, native advertising products, and working directly with brands or agencies.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics to track success and make informed optimization decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or Google equivalents) for reporting, analysis, and proposal building.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and a strong client-first attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Location Requirement: Must be a resident and legally authorized to work in Los Angeles, CA.
