Sales & Project Coordinator

Full-Time | $25–$30/hr + 2.5% commission + per contract signing bonus | Paid Time Off + Vacation

Join our growing team as a Sales & Project Coordinator—a key player at the intersection of customer engagement and operational execution.

In this dynamic role, you'll be the driving force behind successful sales efforts and efficient project coordination. From the first client contact to the final walkthrough, you'll help ensure each project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally
  • Prepare accurate estimates and edit contracts
  • Visit job sites to finalize plans and ensure quality
  • Track project progress and budget alignment
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, employees, and clients
  • Tackle challenges with a positive, solutions-first mindset
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflows and client experience
  • Embrace new tasks and responsibilities as needed
  • Drive sales through motivation and consistent follow-up

  • Confident communicator—both written and verbal
  • Professional, polished, and comfortable presenting to clients
  • Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple projects at once
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Prior experience in sales and project management is a strong plus
