We are looking for motivated, showing agents who want to learn to support active buyers, host open houses, and grow into full buyer agent positions while earning rewarding commissions. You will gain hands-on experience alongside experienced agents and team leaders who provide structure, mentorship, and accountability to help you move forward with confidence.

This opportunity offers direct access to high-performing teams within the office that are seeking dependable showing agents to assist with client showings and transactions. You will learn to manage showings, communicate effectively with clients, and deliver an exceptional service experience while building the foundation for future success as a producing buyer agent.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
