Find your purpose contributing to where you're needed most By joining our Float Pool team, you'll have an opportunity to work in a variety of acute settings within St Cloud Hospital.

In this role, you'll work on a team led by a Registered Nurse, where you'll participate in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for our patients, providing them a high standard of care within all guidelines, policies and regulations.

To succeed, you'll need to work well independently and with others and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families. You should be able to assess and solve problems, switch gears swiftly and be able to adapt to handle multiple tasks in a short period of time.

Current openings (subject to change)

  • Part-time | 36-48 hours every two weeks | 8-hr Evening shift | 3-11:30pm | every fourth weekend and holidays per unit policy

Pay and Benefits

  • Starting pay begins at $24.21 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range: $ per hour
  • Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts
  • $2,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Current Minnesota LPN License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Sign-on Bonus Eligibility: To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire. To be eligible for the relocation bonus, you must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
