Duties include greeting and checking patients in and out for their appointments. Collecting paperwork, insurance information and payments. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, transferring calls, and preparing patient records for upcoming appointments. You'd be responsible for scanning, faxing and sending and receiving emails.

About the Practice: We are a full scope oral surgery office with four oral surgeons who are all board certified with dual-degrees. We take pride in offering care that is unquestionably safe and comfortable within a modern, state of the art facility. The best part is, we only have 1 location, which means our employees don't have to travel to multiple locations unlike other dental and medical offices in the area.
