Job Summary:

Dayspring Janitorial Service, INC. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Human Resource Assistant to support managing employee relations, recruitment,

onboarding, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will help ensure

smooth HR operations and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive

work environment for our janitorial staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and maintaining employee records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll processing and tracking attendance, leaves, and benefits.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with performance review scheduling and documentation.
  • Support the Administrative team with special projects and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in service or janitorial industries.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
